• Cancel up to 7 days prior to service - full refund

• Cancel 7 days to 24 hours prior to service - partial refund (up to half)

• Cancel 24 hours prior to service - no refund

 

• Holidays - cancellations 2 weeks to 1 week prior to service - partial refund

• Holidays - cancellations 1 week prior to service - no refund

 

 

Dog Walking clients:

 

• Cancel up to 1 day prior to service - full refund

• Cancel 1 day prior to service - half refund

• Cancel day of service - no refund
